Guides / Importing a Subscription

VPN Setup Guide

Account → Plan → Subscription → Client → Connection check. Follow the steps in order, or jump to the relevant section if you already have an account.

Client interfaces vary by platform and version. This guide describes where to find options by their purpose; the exact button names may differ in your dashboard or client. If you see an option such as “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Import from URL,” check its description before proceeding.

Have a password manager ready to store your account details, and decide which device platform you’ll use. Get the client and subscription from your dashboard; this guide does not provide direct download links.

Account Access

Create an Account

Select “Try for Free” below to open the VPNLD account creation page. No email required—you can create an account with a username and password. Follow the prompts to enter your details, and check them carefully before submitting, especially capitalization and symbols in your password. This creates a VPNLD service account, separate from any accounts you use on international websites. Don’t enter credentials for other websites in the VPNLD dashboard.

Use a unique password and save your username and password in a trusted password manager. Don’t rely only on the current browser session to stay signed in, and don’t leave your account details on a shared device. Once your account is created, open the dashboard. If you’re still on the sign-in page, use the details you just saved to log in. If you already have an account, select “Log In” on the right side of the site navigation—you don’t need to create another one.

Once you’re in the dashboard, make sure you’re signed in to the account you intend to use before choosing a plan. Orders, data, and subscriptions are all linked to this account. When setting up multiple devices, use the same account to access your subscription instead of creating another account and trying to find your original order. If you can’t log in, check your entries and any password saved by your browser, then see Troubleshooting. Avoid repeatedly changing your account details.

Plans and Orders

Choose a Plan and Confirm Your Order

Once your account is ready, open the Plans section in your dashboard. Start with how often you expect to use the service, then compare the data allowances. If you regularly access international websites, use AI tools, or stream video, a monthly subscription may suit your needs. If your usage varies, consider a data package. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, so compare more than the upfront price: check when data resets and how often you expect to use it.

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, not on the first day of each calendar month. Data packages: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB. They expire only when the data is used and never expire by date. All plans allow unlimited devices online at the same time. Since all devices use the same account, consider your combined usage when choosing a plan.

Choose a plan on the plans page and follow the dashboard prompts to place your order and pay. Confirm that the plan name, price, and billing method are correct, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Once the payment page shows the payment is complete, return to the dashboard and check your order status and account overview. Don’t assume your subscription is active just because the payment window closed. If the status hasn’t updated, refresh the relevant pages and check the order to avoid placing a duplicate.

VPNLD offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. See the Terms of Service for details on how to request one. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. To change plans, check the relevant order details in your dashboard rather than calculating the cost as a full month. Once you’ve confirmed that your account has an active subscription, continue to the next step to get your link. Check the Plans page for full plan and billing details.

Account Overview

Get Your Subscription Link

Open the account overview in your dashboard and check your subscription status and remaining data, then find the subscription option. The link lets your client retrieve the server configuration associated with your account. It isn’t a regular web address or your login password. If the dashboard offers separate options to copy the link or import it into a client, choose the full-link copy option for a manual import. For a quick import, make sure the relevant client is already installed.

After copying the link, go straight to your client and paste it without adding spaces, line breaks, or extra text. If you copied an instruction or sharing note rather than a standalone URL, use the dashboard’s copy option again. The client needs the complete link; missing parameters may prevent it from loading. This page shows the link format for reference only. The example cannot connect to VPNLD:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

Your subscription link is an account credential. Anyone who gets it may be able to access the associated configuration. Don’t post the real link in a public forum or upload screenshots that show the full link. If you report an import issue to support, describe the error message instead. If a screenshot is needed, hide the link and other account details. If you think the link has been exposed, check the dashboard for an update or reset option and follow the instructions. If you can’t find one, contact support through a ticket.

Next, install a client. Sign in to the dashboard and open the downloads section for the client and import instructions for your device. If the download section says your subscription is unavailable, return to the account overview and check your plan status instead of looking for a public installer link. To use another device, get the subscription from your own account. Unlimited simultaneous devices doesn’t mean you should share your account credentials publicly.

Platform Setup

Import into a Client

VPNLD supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The instructions below cover common platforms; Linux users should follow the client instructions in the dashboard. The process is the same on every platform: get the client, add your subscription, wait for the configuration to load, and confirm that the server list appears. A successful import means the configuration has loaded; you’ll still need to connect in the next step.

Windows: Add the Link in the Subscription or Configuration Section

Sign in to the dashboard, open the downloads section, and get the VPNLD Windows client. Install it by following the on-page instructions. When you first open the client, look for the section used to manage subscriptions or configurations. Select an option such as “Add Subscription” or “Import from URL.” Paste the full link copied from your account overview into the URL field. If there’s a name field, enter a label you’ll recognize, then confirm the import.

Wait for the client to finish loading, then check that the server list appears and the imported configuration is selected. Some interfaces separate “Add Configuration” from “Enable Configuration,” so check that the new entry is selected, not just listed. For now, avoid running other network proxy tools at the same time, as multiple tools may change system settings. If the list is empty, check the copied link and follow the client’s instructions to update the subscription.

macOS: Import the Configuration, Then Check System Permissions

Get the VPNLD macOS client from your dashboard, then install and open it according to the instructions. The import option may be in configuration management in the main window, or you may need to open the client window from the menu bar first. Find the subscription or configuration section, choose the option to add by link, paste the full subscription URL, and confirm. Once it loads, return to the server selector and check that regions are available in the list.

If macOS asks to add a network configuration or allow network access when you connect, confirm the prompt comes from the client you just installed, then follow the system steps to approve it. Don’t change unrelated security settings just to dismiss the prompt. Once approved, return to the client and check the connection status. If the configuration imported successfully but you can’t connect, see the troubleshooting guide for help with system permissions and connection issues.

Android: Load the Server Configuration from Your Subscription Link

Sign in to the dashboard on your Android device and open the downloads section to get the VPNLD Android client. Follow the installation prompts shown on your device and in the dashboard. Open the client and look for a configuration, subscription, or add option. Choose import by link, paste the copied URL in full, and save it. Wait for the configuration to load, then check the server list. Don’t mistake the account overview URL in your browser for the subscription link.

The first time you connect, Android may show a VPN connection permission prompt. Confirm the app’s source, approve the request, then return to the client to check its status. After connecting, open the app you plan to use to verify the connection; don’t rely only on the status icon. If the connection works in the foreground but drops in the background, check your device’s background activity restrictions for the app. For platform-specific troubleshooting, see the troubleshooting guide.

iOS: Import Using the App Link Provided in the Dashboard

On your iPhone or iPad, open the downloads section in the dashboard and follow the iOS section’s App Store link and instructions to get the recommended subscription client. After installation, return to the dashboard. If quick import is available, follow the prompts to open the app. For a manual import, go to the app’s configuration or subscription management section, choose to add by link, paste the full URL, and confirm. Use the client specified in the dashboard rather than searching for a similarly named app.

After a quick import, check that the configuration and server list appear in the app. If the app opens but no new configuration is added, try the manual method described in the dashboard. The first time you connect, follow the iOS prompt to allow a VPN configuration and complete any required confirmation. Your subscription stays in the client; use its subscription update option to load configuration changes later. There’s no need to keep deleting and reinstalling the app.

Connection Check

Connect and Verify

Once you’ve confirmed the configuration is enabled, open the server selector and choose a server based on the regions supported by your target service and your current needs. VPNLD covers 110+ countries and 160+ routes. The client’s server list shows what’s currently available to you. For your first test, choose one route and verify it before making changes. Switching routes repeatedly before a page has finished loading makes it harder to tell whether the route or the target website’s sign-in state is causing the issue.

Connect in the client and wait for it to show “Connected” or a similar status, then open the website or app you want to use. A connected status doesn’t mean all apps use the same route: some configurations route traffic by rules, so regular websites and international services may take different paths. First, check whether the target service loads, then use IP lookup to help check your exit region. Interpret the result in light of your client’s routing rules; one webpage doesn’t necessarily show the route used by every app.

If a website loads but a particular app still doesn’t work, close and reopen the app so it can reconnect. Then check that the client configuration and route are still active. Don’t rush to change advanced DNS or routing settings, or update the subscription while switching between several options. Change one factor at a time and note what happens so you can tell whether the issue is resolved. The target service’s regional policies, account status, or an outage can also affect access.

Once you’ve verified the connection, you can import the same account’s subscription on other devices as needed. VPNLD allows unlimited simultaneous devices and uses quantum encryption; still, keep your account password and subscription link secure. Use the client’s subscription update option to load configuration changes, and check your data and plan status in the dashboard. There’s no need to copy the link every time you connect or create a new account after an occasional loading issue.

If you can’t connect at all, can connect but can’t open webpages, can’t update your subscription, or experience background disconnects, see the Troubleshooting Guide and follow the steps for your symptoms. For help, open a support ticket from the Support page. Include your device platform, the client’s message, the selected route, and the checks you’ve already tried. Hide account credentials in screenshots; don’t share your password or full subscription link. This setup guide is complete. From here, you only need to maintain your configuration and account status.
